Good job guys. If you would have went into bankruptcy I might have thought you were in FINANCIAL TROUBLE and not bought a car from you. But given that you only need a $20,000,000,ooo (billion) taxpayer infusion every 3 months I consider you as strong and viable as any company in the world right now.

The government expected GM and Chrysler to have their restructuring plans and major concessions complete by February 17th. The Automakers and UAW did not get to work until a few days before the deadline. Little has been accomplished before or since.

Yes, it is a bailout. A loan would imply that your struggling Titans of Industry are ever going to be profitable again, which does not look promising as long as the UAW exists.
